How do i get people to find my website. Is this a good video advertisement? I need to market my website and get more traffic going to it.

I recently started a website where people ask questions about their pets then I do a research and answer those questions due to Science/Facts. But I don't answer any questions that have to do with medical emergencies that should be handled by a vet. With all of the small details given out, I have made a short advertisement video. Do you think that I did a good job?

Well I took a look and here are my thoughts:
1) Get rid of the parts where you say if you don't know the answer you will go on the internet and find it. Make yourself look more professional, however be honest in your blog. So if you don't know the answer you can say in your blog "Well I was not sure so I looked it up and this is what they said." Eventually you can grow your blog into a community so it's fine to do things like that.
2) Talk a little about yourself and your experience with animals (if you don't have any then that is fine because you can look it up or someone in your community will know)
3) Change the title to something more specific like questions about Dogs otherwise it will be difficult to be found

Link Building - Need help generating links to my website

Here are my plans to build links to my website, will it work?
I am having my logo with the link back to my site on every page on the site, the main page has a Google page rank 4 with 8 other business's on there with their logos and link backs. the rest of the site (7 pages) all of them with Google page rank 3 also with the 8 other business's logos on there
will Google look at it that I have links from a Google page rank 4 site with page rank 3 pages or just a link from a page rank 4 site...
how does it work??
Is this a decent link back??

by the sounds of it you are saying that your website will link to itself on every page. Correct me if I am wrong.

If this is what you are saying, this is not an effective link building method.
Links to your website have more value if they are on another website that is of relevance to your website.

I have seen a lot of dofollow blog directories but after browsing them, most sites are nofollow... Are dofollow blog commenting helpful to get my website to the top of Google and market my website online?

I'm not sure of the nature of your blog however, here are a few rules...

1) Write Good Content
2) Have comments
3) Have subscriptions - RSS feeds
4) Use strong opinions that will cause conversations, arguments and build community.
For example if I were to criticize the president, I'll have thousands of people coming in and commenting on what they think.
5) By doing just the above you should be good however if you would like use Blogger. Using Blogger will get you to the top of Google for issues you post on quicker than other blog sites. It is fine if you are with another blog host, in the long run it's all the same.
